This optical transceiver module complies with industry standards including SFF-8024, SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and SFF-8472. It incorporates CDR (Clock and Data Recovery) technology for reduced jitter and improved signal integrity. The module is also Class I laser safety certified.
The optical module converts electrical signals into optical signals using a VCSEL laser transmitter. The receiver side uses a GaAs PIN photodiode to convert incoming optical signals back into electrical data. Internal CDR circuits ensure minimal jitter and high signal accuracy.
